How does this design contest work?

Kenzap notifies 300-500 verified and trusted designers to participate in the contest initiated based on your brief. Participating designers create design submissions and you choose one that you like most.

How long does a contest last?

It takes up to 7 days for the contest to run. However you can award winning designer earlier and finish contest manually as soon as satisfactory level is met.

What if I do not like any of the designs?

Please reach us and provide a detailed feedback. However we tend to award designers whenever we can because they work hard to win the contest. As full refunds may undermine design contest ecosystem we may provide only partial refund while equally distributing the remaining amount to designers.

Where are designers based?

The majority of designers are based in Asia however you may expect submissions from any other country outside this region too.

Why do I need contest rather than working directly?

Contests help you reach better results faster with more diversity and unique ideas. It also helps you find a perfect talent match that understands your ideas so that you can work directly next time.

How many designers can participate in my contest?

You can expect to receive up to 15 submissions from different designers.
