I was using the opensource version of myticket event and he was giving mistake. I bougth the paid version theme of ticketing, for a new web page. I'm unable to try the demo, it lags so so much I'm unable to do anything. We need to know exactly what have be incorporated into my wordpress account and would appreciate a free trial and see what I can get.

I am working on implementing the MyTicket Events Plugin and it worked pretty well so far, but now I have a problem. After implementing the JSON Code, I want to link it to a newly created product, but unfortunately the section "MyTicket Extra Details" is not shown, so I can't implement the details of this section, which leads to errors in the checkout.

I would be very grateful if you could help me out.

We purchased your WordPress Ticket Website Theme. And it's a great theme by the way.

We are however failing to get the functionality where we can allow vendors to also list and sell their events the same way we can list them on the backend.

May you kindly assist us with where we can get that functionality or plugin that needs installation?
