The game provides access to control real world radio controlled cars from almost any place in the world. The radio controlled cars are equipped with high speed and quality video cameras and custom designed PCB boards, that ensure fast data processing speed and minimal network latency with player. The uniqueness of RC World Racing among other mobile platform games is that it grants access to real and physically existing devices. This results in a next generation video gaming experience. 


Racing Tracks

The RC World Racing game consists of multiple racing tracks physically located in Riga, Latvia serving Scandinavian and Western European regions and in St. Petersburg, Russia that serves Asian and middle east countries. Each track usually contains up to 10 radio controlled cars. All the tracks are different, some emulates miniature real world cities, some are wild and urban. The tracks are equipped with sensors that detects location of a car so that in the end of the race user receives  additional scores for riding throughout checkpoints and finish line.



The player begins with only two available races, in which they must complete three laps in under four minutes or five minutes respectively to qualify for the next race. As each race is cleared, the experience level of a player is increased, and the next race becomes available. There are five experience levels in total. In addition, with every next experience level the maximal allowed real speed of a car is also increased, making gameplay more exciting and car control more difficult.
Because the racing tracks are physically managed and supervised by humans there are opening hours available for every track which means that some tracks can be closed at night or for maintenance. The game is free to download, but the player is given a limited amount of coins, that is enough to pay for one free ride. There are checkpoints on every track that catches movement of a car in order to add bonus coins for fast and accurate ride. The player can also buy a nitro package to achieve higher speed on track or other appliances that tend to make game as realistic as possible.



The main car management and processing unit is a custom designed PCB board that sends and receives signals over the Ethernet network using mainly UDP Internet protocol. While UDP is considered an unreliable because of its connectionless nature this protocol ideally transmits time dependant data like video, audio and car control signals. The PCB board is also вшкуседн connected to a car engine and a wheeling system to control traction and steering wheel rotations. A single PCB with two Atmel microprocessors on board ensures that data processing and transmission is performed with minimal delay and best user experience.


Franchising & Partnership.

Unlike those games that are solely based on virtual content rendering, RC World Racing game utilises physical resources of a radio controlled car and a racing track of where a car is located. The geolocation of a racing track is important as it allows players to connect to those tracks that have lowest Internet latency. For example, when a delay in signal is higher than 200ms the control of a car becomes harder as each control action will be rendered on players screen only after 200ms or one fifth of a second. The RC World partnership business model allows other companies build their own racing tracks and participate in RC World Racing gameplay to earn money. When the track is build Kenzap Ltd provides specially equipped cars and network installations as well as access to web interfaces, so that mobile device players can start racing as soon as the flag of a track is marked open. The price for one ride is proportional to racing tracks popularity, while the track popularity is calculated by live players queue. On average the price is starting at 1$ and is no more than 5$ per 5 minute ride.  The commercial part of the game consists of several sectors.

In-app purchases allow users to buy virtual content and physical enhancement appliances for the real car. The game currency is coin packs. Players can also pay for accessing racing tracks for a limited amount of time.
Racing tracks contain advertisement much like the same as real racing tracks do. The advertisement can be represented with the help of banners, signs, flags, stickers, commercial objects placed in the visibility area of players eyes. The advertisement preorder is publicly available on the official RC World Racing game website. The radio controlled cars are also available for distribution on the official website.
