Kenzap Nesting App currently runs locally and does not send your DXF files or job data to Kenzap. If you report a bug, only send files or screenshots if you want us to review them.

Does Kenzap Nesting App send my DXF files to the cloud?

No. The app is intended to run locally on your machine. It currently does not collect analytics, upload DXF files, or transmit nesting job data to Kenzap.

What should I include when reporting a Nesting App issue?

The most useful report includes your operating system, app version, a short sequence of steps, what you expected, what happened instead, and whether the problem is reproducible.

What should I include if export or nesting results look wrong?

Include a short description of the expected result, what you saw instead, your platform, app version, and whether the issue happens with one file or many. If you are comfortable sharing a sample DXF, mention that in your message.

Do you publish user questions?

Only if you explicitly give permission. The support form includes an optional checkbox that lets you allow publication of your question in edited FAQ form.
