When an order is placed the general ticket isn't attached to an email

Hello.When the customer places an order the ticket isn't sent to their email automatically. I've tried using the individual type of ticket, but when a person buys more than one ticket they would have to insert the same name multiple times and get their tickets in seperate emails. Is there an option, that the general type of ticket is sent to the same email as the one used in their profile and not only be possible to download from the website?
