Ticket Reservation Issue

Question

When the User or customer reserve a seat and add it to the cards ,the seat showing all the time as sold out ,even if the user closing the browsersplease help on this issue to not allow the users do that

Answer

Check the Max Allowed time setting in Customizer > MyTicket panel. It is responsible for releasing reservations that were not booked.When you are signed in as an admin you can double click on a reserved seat to mark it as free for booking.
