I cannot customize the template

I have followed the process as mentioned in the reference url https://kenzap.blog/how-to-customize-pdf-ticket-with-myticket-events-plugin/ for the customization of pdf print tickets. But, the changes I've made is n't deploying."Here is the image of how I put the customization in the root folder of the themeSome developers that I have hired here at Kenzap, who is Ruchi, has the same problem as mentioned above and they can't do anything else.
