how to connect the cloud data with WordPress, and add custom fields?
Hello, I installed the MyTicket plugin on my WordPress site with WooCommerce. I managed to add the map, add the Event as a product, and generate test orders, but I can't add custom fields (Name & email) to the ticket for each ticket. Likewise, I can't customize the PDF with the QR code, and when I try to scan it with the Android app, it throws an API error. I also can't find a video on how to connect the cloud data with WordPress and have several other questions. I need help; can you support me? Thank you.
