    Hi there,

I’m having an issue where on using fake card details the system takes the customer to the download ticket page and deducts the product from stock? Image attached of the admin order notes. As you can see it processes the order, delivers the product and then fails but by then the customer has the ticket?

We are using payzone as the payment gateway

This is a bit out of our scope as stock controlled by WooCommerce and the billing plugin you are using. Please refer to their documentation or their support forum.

OK Thanks, It’s good to know this is WooCommerce because the vendor tried to tell me it was the MyTicket theme, which I disagreed with since Stripe testing seemed to work fine.

For anyone else having issues, I’m using payzone, I’ll update as I go.

Another issue here that is theme related is the download ticket option after checkout, when I switch it off it still gives the customer the download page? Image attached is the setting turned off but after checkout I still get redirected to ticket download page?… I can still download the ticket.

Do you still have the big button or a link like buttons with individual ticket download?

You can temporary disable custom checkout page by renaming/removing thankyou.php file under woocommerce folder of theme root.

The normal download page with the big button. Image attached.

Back to the original issue, the bit that you said is out of scope, the issue I think is related to the thankyou.php file in the myTicket theme override. I’ve renamed this for the above reason but also the payments are now working, is this not then in scope? since it’s the thankyou page created by and for the MyTicket theme?

    Why others billings work then?

I’ve not tested this in depth with other payment platforms, which do you suggest?

My point is more that it does work with Woo Commerce original file but not with your edited version of that file. So when you say consult the woo commerce documentation I can’t because it works. Even if I speak with customer service at Woo Comm they will just say if it works with stock files they can’t help, wouldn’t you agree?
