    ok, since it says Cannot redeclare myticket_add_cart_item_custom_data(), is it safe for me to just comment out the below?

    C:\xampp\htdocs\crowd1st\wp-content\themes\myticket\inc\setup-woocommerce.php:6) in C:\xampp\htdocs\crowd1st\wp-content\plugins\myticket-events\inc\class-woocommerce.php on line 29

    This worked for all of the customers before please make sure to remove old theme files and install new ones:

    Ok, I managed to get it to work. But I noticed that a person could buy the ticket for the same seat twice. Is this a bug? I’m using a simple product assigned to the seat layout (MyTicket Hall block).

    No it should not work like that. Each seat should be sold once. Please diagnose you debug.log for errors during all process of ticket purchase.

    There’s no log on this in debug.log although my logging is turned on. And I tried your demo at http://myticket_h1.kenzap.com/select-seat.html and I could never find my mouse to be able to click on the “Selected” button because the pop-up seat is too far away from the mouse cursor. See https://i.postimg.cc/mDkfjNzN/stadiumlayout.jpg

    I’m using Chrome 75.0.3770.142

    Another funny issue. When I activated the MyTicket Events plugin, I can’t checkout when I’m buying other (without seat layout) event/products with variations. When I clicked Add to Cart, I supposed to go to checkout but it goes to cart page and saying cart is empty. This problem disappear when I disabled the plugin.

    And I noticed that in your latest 1.0.7 theme, you removed some functions under /wp-content/themes/myticket/inc/setup-commerce.php like below. Because of that, I can’t get the datetime, venue and address on the invoice anymore.

    //Store the custom field
    function myticket_add_cart_item_custom_data( $cart_item_meta, $product_id ) {
    global $woocommerce;

    $myticket_time = get_post_meta( $product_id, ‘myticket_datetime’, ”);
    $myticket_venue = get_post_meta( $product_id, ‘myticket_title’, ”);
    $myticket_address = get_post_meta( $product_id, ‘myticket_address’, ”);
    if(sizeof($myticket_time)>0){

    $myticket_time = date_i18n( get_option( ‘date_format’ ).” | “.get_option( ‘time_format’ ), intval( $myticket_time[0] ) );
    $cart_item_meta[‘myticket_time’] = (isset($_POST[‘myticket_time’])) ? esc_attr( $_POST[‘myticket_time’] ): $myticket_time;
    }

    if(sizeof($myticket_venue)>0)
    $cart_item_meta[‘myticket_venue’] = (isset($_POST[‘myticket_venue’])) ? esc_attr( $_POST[‘myticket_venue’] ): $myticket_venue[0];

    if(sizeof($myticket_address)>0)
    $cart_item_meta[‘myticket_address’] = (isset($_POST[‘myticket_address’])) ? esc_attr( $_POST[‘myticket_address’] ): $myticket_address[0];

    return $cart_item_meta;
    }
    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_add_cart_item_data’, ‘myticket_add_cart_item_custom_data’, 10, 2 );

    In summary, I think the bugs that I experienced were due to the removal of crucial functions from setup-commerce.php

    Ignore the recent two errors I mentioned for now. But the purchase of the same seat error seems to persists.

    And did you manage to test this on your side?

    No, http://ticketing.as.kenzap.com/ doesn’t have the same prob. But i can’t tell if it has mytickets-events plugin running and what is the theme or plugin versions. And i can’t download ticket. It brings me to WP login page. Furthermore, http://ticketing.as.kenzap.com/ looks a lot diff than the theme i bought. Is it running myticket-plugin too?

    FYI, for my case, I’m using your latest of ALL stuff.
